Physio Support Dublin
To make an appointment online or by phone, a 50% deposit is required. Your card will be charged to secure your booking. Another 50% of the visit fee is collected on site in the office in cash or by card. The clinic does not store the patient’s card details, so it is never automatically charged without the patient’s consent. The patient pays the rest himself on the day of the visit. Please make sure you always have your card / cash with you.
- Clinic is located on the first floor in long building just on the left end of Aldi car park on Long Mile Road, beside Tiles and Petco shops. It is the last door before Altipeak gym, with Physio Support sticker on it and big, white-blue, company banner above on the building. Please use the buzzer ‘Physiotherapy’. There is possibility to leave the car on Aldi car park for an hour for free.

- There is no elevator in the building, but let us know when you will be arriving so one of our staff will be more than happy to help you on the stairs. We apologize, but there is no access for wheel chair. Please bring medical documentation about your case if you have one, shorts, t-shirt and sport shoes for exercising.

- We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy at our clinic. In the event that you do not cancel your visit providing 24 hours’ notice, the clinic reserves the right to keep the deposit paid as the cancellation fee and reserves the right not to reschedule your appointment.

- Also, please note that due to the unprecedented demand for physiotherapy services, we sometimes run a little late. While this is unlikely, please allow for the possibility of this. Otherwise, we would ask that you cancel or reschedule your booking.
