* Package is valid for 4 weeks from purchase date. Only 1 appointment can be rescheduled after the validity period. Another request will not be accepted, unless proved emergency (in this case, appointment will be charged at normal/not discounted price. Patient will need to pay a difference). Regular appointments can be rescheduled within 4-week validity period with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Important note!
Patients who have not been in the clinic before must book their first appointment as 60-min Initial Appointment either for Physiotherapy or Massage. Follow-Up appointments are reserved only for patients who have visited the clinic before and had their Full Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment Plan provided.
Follow-up appointment which were booked by patients who have not been in Physio Support before will be automatically updated in system for Initial Consultations and charged accordingly.
Terms & Condition
To make an appointment online or by phone, a 50% deposit is required. Your card will be charged to secure your booking. Another 50% of the visit fee is collected on site in the office in cash or by card. The clinic does not store the patient’s card details, so it is never automatically charged without the patient’s consent. The patient pays the rest himself on the day of the visit. Please make sure you always have your card / cash with you.
Cancellation Policy
No show or less than 24 hrs notice = No money back.
We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy at our clinic. In the event that you do not cancel your visit providing 24 hours’ notice, the clinic reserves the right to keep the deposit paid as the cancellation fee and reserves the right not to reschedule your appointment.
You can cancel your visit by contacting the clinic directly at 087 465 4873 or by e-mail, where you can cancel the visit manually in the system. Please do not respond to text reminders about your appointments, as replies do not reach the therapists, it is an automatic system.
Health Insurance
Consultation fees are paid at each visit, after which you will be issued with a receipt. You can submit your receipts to your health insurer to claim a proportion of fees paid. Health insurance plans vary, but reimbursement can be as much as 40 euro per session. Check with your relevant health insurer with regard to your insurance plan for more details, or look up the benefits of your individual plan on: www.hia.ie
As Chartered Physiotherapists we are approved providers for all major health insurers including: VHI, Irish Life, Laya Healthcare, Aviva, HSF and Glo Health.
Garda Medical Aid, Prison Officers Medical Aid and the ESB medical scheme also reimburse a proportion of consultation fees paid.
You may also qualify for a tax rebate on physiotherapy consultation fees on completion of a Med1 form. Check www.revenue.ie for more details.
